Bring your knees and feet together when you sit your butt back on the heels and try to stretch the arms in forwarding direction. Lower your forehead towards the ground and let the body to release.

 

Bridge Pose

Lie down on the mat and try to place the feet hip-width apart. Press gently on your feet and lift your butt up off from the ground. Interlace your hands together and press the fists down to the floor to open up the chest more. It helps in strengthening the back body.
